It helps maintain immunity and fertility. Also helps the formation of melanin ( a dark natural color found in the hair, skin, and eyes). - It promotes consistant pigmentation. It may also help the body use it's stored supply of iron. It is very essential in the formation of collagen, ( fundamental protein in bones, skin and connective tissue.) -It is necessary for the manufacture of many enzymes, and may help ward off bone loss that leads to osteoporosis.
